Guidelines

All employees are required to be First Aid/CPR certified and able to show proof of certification by their start date.

To make staff members easily identifiable to the campers and parents, you will be required to wear the provided staff shirts and/or sweatshirts. In addition, Steve and Kate's Camp has a policy that inappropriate tattoos and body piercings must be covered or removed.

Agreement

I hereby authorize Steve and Kate's Camp, LLC to thoroughly investigate my background, references, employment record and other matters related to my suitability for employment. I authorize persons, schools, my current employer (if applicable), previous employers and organizations contacted by Steve and Kate's Camp, LLC to provide any relevant information regarding my current and/or previous employment, and I release all persons, schools, employers of any and all claims for providing such information.

I understand and agree that, if hired, my employment is at will, which means that it may be terminated by me or Steve and Kate's Camp, LLC at any time without prior notice for any reason.

I further agree that, if employed, I will conform my conduct to the rules and regulations of Steve and Kate's Camp, LLC. I also agree that I shall not during, or at any time after the termination of my employment with Steve and Kate's Camp, LLC, use for myself or for others, or disclose or divulge to others including future employees, any trade secrets, confidential information, or any other proprietary data of Steve and Kate's Camp, LLC.
