A Daily Schedule Full Of Possibilities
Our structure is custom fit for every child. All activities are available every day (the Daily Specials are different every day) and we give campers a large, well-balanced menu of activities to choose from. Campers choose what activities they want and how long they want to do them. Counselors supervise all activities and all areas so campers can move around freely.
Each day begins with an all-camp gathering and ends with an all-camp event. The rest of the day is divided into morning and afternoon activity blocks separated by lunch and a multimedia showcase of the Steve and Kate's Studios. Campers choose from any of the 15 or more activities available each block. All campers go on a camp tour and orientation their first day.
Daily Game Plan*
7:30-9:30: Indoor and Outdoor Recreational Activities
As campers arrive, we add organized activities that take place both indoors and outdoors. Drama games, yoga and field games are just a few examples.
9:30-9:45: Greet the Day
The whole camp gets together for a spirited and theatrical kick-off to the day.
9:45-10:00: Huddle
Campers gather in groups with their huddle counselor to chat, meet friends and receive announcements.
10:00-12:00: Main Activities
Campers choose from the full range of activities including the studios, weekly and daily specials, recreational activities and sports. They are free to move between activities.
12:00-12:30: Huddle and Lunch
Campers sit with their huddle groups for a family style lunch and choose from 5 different entrees daily.
12:30-1:00: Outdoor Games
Campers participate in a variety of high-energy outdoor games.
1:00-1:30: Steve & Kate's Variety Show
The camp will come together as a group to sing songs Steve & Kate's style, view camper projects made in our filmmaking studio and other creative studios, spin for The Best Day Ever and watch live performances.
1:30-3:00: Main Activities
Campers once again choose from a full range of activities including the studios, weekly and daily specials, recreational activities and sports. They are free to move between activities.
3:30-3:45: Huddle
A final check-in. Campers gather in groups with with their huddle counselor.
3:45-4:00: Steve and Kate's Gameshow
The whole camp gets together for our own wheel-of-fortune-style gameshow for prizes.
4:00-6:00: Indoor and Outdoor Recreational Activities
Legos, board games, basketball, capture-the-flag are just some of the activities available until camp ends.
