Film Studio

Children are naturally gifted storytellers. Campers turn out live-action shorts, documentaries and animation in our film studio developed with Mike Sanders, visual effects expert at Industrial Light and Magic. Established filmmakers introduce the fundamentals of storyboarding, shot setup, camera operation, lighting and sound recording. Campers import raw footage into brand new Apple computers to edit down finished projects incorporating sound tracks, transitions, title screens and other post-production elements. Select films get a wider release, projected for campers in riveting HD on a massive screen.
